Got a lot of guests flying in from out of town for your wedding? Here are a few ideas to help you entertain wedding guests in the days leading up to the big event:
Brunch — Who doesn’t love a good brunch? If there are no restaurants in the city that do brunch during the days that your guests are in town, invite them over to your place for a homemade brunch. It’s a fun, simple meal that will allow you to get in all of your socializing before the big day.
Sightseeing — If your guests have never visited your city, they may love to see the sights. Take them on a driving or walking tour of the city, showing them all of the museums, parks, landmarks, buildings, and recreational activities that makes your city famous. You may be surprised to find that you’ve missed out on more than a few sightseeing adventures even after years of living in that city.
Outdoor activities — If you and your family love the great outdoors, why not plan a camping trip, a hiking trip, or even a climbing excursion? For those who live near the beach or a lake, watersports are always a fun option. For those in snowy areas, why not try skiing or snowboarding? Outdoor activities can be a lot of fun for your guests!
Dinner — Why not have your family and friends dine with you at the restaurant where your future husband proposed to you, or where you had your first date? It can be a way for them to share in the fun of your special place!
Comedy club — Who doesn’t love to laugh? You can find comedy clubs in just about every city in the country, and it’s a great place to bring your guests for a night of fun and entertainment.
